Job Description:

We are hiring Female Guest Service Associates (Food & Beverage) for leading hospitality establishments across Pan India.

Candidate selection will be done ONLY from Meghalaya.
Selected candidates will undergo free professional training in Guwahati, followed by job placement at Pan India locations.

This initiative focuses on empowering candidates from BPL and SHG families through skill development and assured employment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates only

Candidates must be from Meghalaya

Minimum 10th Pass

Age: 18–28 years

Candidates from BPL (Below Poverty Line) backgrounds and SHG family members are strongly encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent Food & Beverage service to guests while maintaining hospitality and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest interactions professionally, ensuring comfort, satisfaction, and service quality.
• Follow service procedures, safety norms, and workplace etiquette as per hotel standards.

Basic communication skills

Willing to relocate for training and Pan India job locations

CTC & Compensation:

CTC: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.4 LPA

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Approx.)

Salary may vary based on job location and role

Training & Placement Details:
