Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Outbound Call Center Agent to make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers. The role involves promoting products or services, generating leads, collecting information, and maintaining accurate call records while delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers as per assigned calling lists
Promote company products/services and explain features and benefits clearly
Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (as applicable)
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Follow defined scripts, call flow, and compliance guidelines
Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or supervisor
Maintain professionalism and positive attitude during all interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate
Prior experience in outbound calling, tele-sales, or customer service is an advantage
Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages
Ability to handle rejection and work under target-based pressure
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, dialing systems)
Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills
