Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring Assistant Managers for its Digital Banking – Corporate Sales function. The role focuses on managing mapped corporate clients, driving digital banking adoption, and cross-selling investment and insurance products while ensuring strong client engagement and service excellence.
Key Deliverables / Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong awareness of corporate clients and identify entry-point relationships
Focus on core corporate accounts for digital banking acquisition and engagement
Cross-sell bank products to mapped Corporate Salary (Corp Sal) customers
Handle investment and insurance requirements of assigned clients
Deliver effective presentations and product explanations to corporate stakeholders
Achieve business targets while maintaining service quality and compliance standards
Candidate Preferences / Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Willing to travel extensively within city limits
Two-wheeler and Android smartphone are mandatory
Prior exposure to corporate sales or banking preferred
