  • Operate industrial sewing machines (e.g., single needle, overlock, flatlock) with accuracy and speed
  • Stitch garments as per design specifications, ensuring consistent quality and finish
  • Read and interpret technical patterns, measurements, and production sheets
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and report issues promptly
  • Collaborate with quality control and tailoring teams to meet production targets
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workstation
  • Support sampling and prototyping for new designs when required
