A Junior Automation Engineer for a fully automatic assembly machine in a medical devices clean room (e.g., IV Cannula assembly) supports machine operations, maintenance, and optimization to ensure sterile, high-precision production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor fully automatic assembly machines for IV Cannula production, ensuring zero downtime and compliance with clean room protocols like ISO 7/8 standards.

• Perform routine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on automation systems, PLCs, sensors, and robotic arms to maintain production efficiency.

• Conduct quality checks on assembled products, document process parameters, and adhere to GMP, contamination control, and safety regulations in a sterile environment.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering with 0-1 years of experience in manufacturing automation.

• Basic knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), pneumatics, and servo systems; familiarity with clean room gowning and hygiene practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to read technical drawings or schematics.​

Working Hours

Standard shift: 8.5 hours per day, with rotations for clean room operations.​
