Our company is engaging Trainees under HFCL Program for a period of 12 months, interested candidates to work in Production/Maintenance / Quality / Utility for below roles may apply.

Production Department

• Assist in manufacturing processes related to optical fibre drawing, cabling, sheathing, testing, and packing.

• Learn operation and monitoring of production machinery and equipment.

• Support daily production activities, process control, and housekeeping.

• Follow safety, quality, and standard operating procedures on the shop floor.

🔍 Quality Department

• Assist in inspection, testing, and quality checks of optical fibre and optical cable products.

• Support documentation of test results, quality reports, and compliance records.

• Learn quality standards, calibration practices, and defect analysis.

• Ensure adherence to quality systems and customer specifications.

Maintenance Activities

• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines used in optical fibre and optical cable manufacturing.

• Support routine inspection, lubrication, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Help maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and equipment history records.

• Work closely with senior technicians and engineers to learn maintenance procedures and best practices.

• Follow all safety procedures and lock-out/tag-out practices during maintenance activities.

⚙️ Utility Operations

• Assist in operation and monitoring of plant utilities such as compressors, chillers, HVAC systems, DG sets, boilers (if applicable), water treatment plants, and electrical distribution systems.

• Support routine checks of utility parameters and report abnormalities to supervisors.

• Maintain utility operation records and shift logs.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety compliance in utility areas.
