Key Responsibilities
● Identify and approach schools and educational institutions for loan opportunities.
● Explain Varthana’s financial products to customers.
● Support lead generation, customer onboarding, and documentation.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
● Travel locally for business development and customer meetings.
● Work with branch teams to achieve sales and disbursement targets.
Eligibility Criteria
● Graduates or final-year students (minimum 5 semesters completed).
● Preferred streams: B. Com, BBA, BBM, BMS, MBA
● Good communication skills in local language (multi-language preferred).
● Tech-comfortable with the ability to use digital tools, smartphones, and simple reporting systems.
● Valid two-wheeler driving license with access to a two-wheeler and willingness to travel.
Internship & Career Growth
The internship duration is six months. Performing interns will be converted to full-time roles. Stipend and salary revisions will be provided periodically as per company policy. This role offers clear growth opportunities within sales, including the potential to lead teams and progress to Branch Manager roles.
Upon conversion to a full-time employee after six months of internship, the compensation will be ₹31,250 per month.
