Job Title: Home Care Attendant / Patient Care Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for caring, responsible, and dedicated Home Care Attendants to provide quality personal and medical support to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should be patient, attentive, and committed to improving the comfort, health, and daily life of individuals who need care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition and monitor vital signs regularly.

• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and drips.

• Provide wound care, dressing, catheterization, and tube feeding.

• Follow doctor’s treatment plans accurately.

• Maintain nursing records and daily progress notes.

• Observe and report any change in patient health.

• Assist doctors during visits and procedures.

• Ensure infection control and patient safety.

• Educate patients and families about care and medication.

• Provide compassionate, ethical, and professional nursing care.

Eligibility & Requirements:

·         Minimum 12th+ GNM/BSC Nursing pass (Healthcare certification preferred)

·         Basic knowledge of patient care and hygiene

·         Experience in home care or hospital care is an advantage

·         Good communication skills and a caring nature

·         Physically fit and mentally alert

·         Willingness to work in shifts or live-in duty
