Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machine shop equipment such as CNC, VMC, Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Grinding, etc.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, job cards, and work instructions.

• Set up machines and tools as per production requirements.

• Conduct in-process quality checks using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments.

• Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain quality standards.

• Identify machine issues and coordinate with maintenance team for repairs.

• Maintain production records, downtime reports, and defect logs.

• Support production planning and daily target achievement.

• Implement 5S, safety norms, and housekeeping in the shop floor.
