Position : Plumbing Fire fighting Design Engineer

Job Location : Mumbai

Educational Qualification: Candidate should be Graduate 

Software Skills: AutoCAD and Revit

Experience: Min 5-6 years as Plumbing / Fire Fighting Design Engineer (residential and commercial buildings)

Salary offered will be subject to performance of the candidates in the interviews, level of skill set & experience, submission of proper documentary proof of current CTC, current market standards etc.

Responsibilities (General):

 Sound knowledge on Design of Plumbing and Fire Protection system as per NBC and Indian relevant Codes.

 Study the requirement for the project and collect details/inputs from the client.

 Preparation of Design documents & Technical Data sheet

 Preparation of BOQ & DBR for the tender projects

 Preparation of design calculation for water supply pipes, drainage system, storm water design, WTP, STP and Fire Protection system.

 Attending meeting with Client ,Architect and consultant for design requirements

 Coordination for project activities and drawing specifications with the clients to ensure drawings and documents are as per the specifications.

 Prepare design documents.

 Review and checking of Design drawings and documents.

 Provide technical assistance to concerned departments, liaison with client, consultant, site visits (whenever required) to support the project team
