🛡️ Key Responsibilities:

📑 Statutory & Legal Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations

• Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, CLRA Act, Shops & Establishment Act

• Maintain statutory registers and records

• Manage labor inspections, audits, and government visits

• Handle factory/license/contractor compliance

• Vendor & contractor compliance management

💼 Payroll & Documentation:

• Oversee payroll processing and statutory deductions

• Ensure timely PF/ESI challans, returns, and filings

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

• Handle onboarding & exit formalities with compliance

🏢 HR Operations:

• Policy implementation and HR SOP management

• Discipline & grievance handling

• Support recruitment compliance documentation

• Employee audits & data management

🎓 Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / LLB (Labour Law preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws

• Experience in manpower/facility/compliance-driven industries preferred

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience)
