Key Responsibilities & Duties:

*Setup and Operation: Set up the VMC machine, including installing tools, loading raw materials, and configuring fixtures for drilling, milling, and cutting.
*Programming and Adjustments: Load, run, or edit pre-written programs, and use G-code/M-code to make adjustments to feed and rapid rates during production.
*Quality Control and Inspection: Measure and inspect finished components using precision tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure they meet blueprint specifications.
*Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Monitor machine performance to prevent malfunctions, perform routine maintenance, and address minor technical issues to reduce downtime.
*Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear protective equipment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Documentation: Report on daily production, document machine actions, and track inventory.
