Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Production Support: Feeding raw materials into machinery, removing finished products, and packaging items for shipment.
* Machine Assistance: Helping operators set up, calibrate, and start machines, as well as folding, cutting, or adjusting materials during production.
* Maintenance & Cleaning: Performing routine cleaning of machines, lubricating equipment, clearing jams, and maintaining a tidy work area.
* Quality & Safety: Monitoring equipment for malfunctions, inspecting products for defects, and strictly adhering to safety, health, and compliance guidelines.
* Documentation & Logistics: Recording production data, tracking materials, tagging products, and moving materials using carts or powered lifts.
