Key Responsibilities of Caregivers

The caregivers we wish to onboard will undertake the following tasks:

• Assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, feeding (oral or tube), and toileting.
• Providing health monitoring services such as taking vital signs and helping with range-of-motion exercises.
• Supporting bedridden patients with regular turning, positioning, and transfers.
• Ensuring safety, documenting changes, and reporting observations to supervisors.

Eligibility Criteria

To maintain our high standards of care, the ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th-grade pass with a Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Age: 19 years or older.
• Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 5 feet and weight of 46 kg.
