Desired Candidate Profile
Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and basic English (No MTI issue).
Basic computer knowledge with typing proficiency.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and patient-centric attitude.
Good listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Basic awareness of social media platforms and digital payment systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
Accurately document patient interactions over calls, ensuring updated and error-free records.
Assist patients in booking appointments with Ayurveda doctors and ensure smooth follow-ups.
Address patient queries related to treatments, medicines, and consultations in a timely manner.
Convert incoming leads into confirmed appointments to enhance patient engagement.
Maintain professional communication and ensure high service quality standards.

Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Girls)
Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Boys)
Shift 3: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Part-Time)
