Operate and handle machine shop equipment such as CNC, VMC, Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Grinding, etc.

Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Set up machines as per job requirements and production plans.

Monitor machine performance and report any breakdowns or issues.

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines.

Shift 12 hrs

Ensure dimensional accuracy of components using measuring tools like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.

Maintain proper records of production, defects, and downtime.

Follow safety norms, 5S practices, and workplace discipline.

Coordinate with supervisors, quality, and maintenance teams.
