RECRUITMENT OF SECURITY GUARDS 

ELIGIBILITY : 

2. HEIGHT :165 cm Minimum.

3. EXPERIENCE : Experience of 1 Year or More in Manufacturing or any other Industry will be added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

·       Patrolling & Monitoring: 

Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols, inspect doors/windows, and watch CCTV/alarm systems for suspicious activity. 

·       Access Control: 

Monitor and authorize entry/exit for employees, visitors, and vehicles; verify IDs and manage visitor logs. 

·       Incident Response: 

Respond to alarms, disturbances, emergencies (fire, medical), and calls for help, contacting authorities when needed. 

·       Reporting: 

Write detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and logs of irregularities or observations. 

·       Enforcement: 

Warn individuals of rule infractions and, if necessary, apprehend or evict violators. 

·       Customer Service: 

Greet visitors, provide directions, and offer guidance on safety protocols. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

·       Alertness & Observation: A sharp eye for detail and ability to notice potential hazards. 

·       Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and interacting with people. 

·       Calm Under Pressure: Ability to remain professional and composed during stressful situations. 

·       Physical Fitness: Required for patrols and physical interventions.
