• Shift A: 01:00 AM to 08:00 AM
• Shift B: 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM
• Shift C: 04:30 PM to 01:00 AM

Salary Structure:

• For 10th & 12th pass candidates:
  • CTC: Rs 15,029/-
  • Inhand: Rs 13,632/- (after deductions for PF, ESIC and Canteen) Including 2000 Rupees Attendance Bonus
• For ITI (Fresher) & 10th/12th with 2 years experience in the Automobile Industry:
  • CTC: Rs. 16,593/-
  • Inhand: Rs. 14,729/- (after deductions for PF, ESIC and Canteen) Including 2000 Rupees Attendance Bonus
• For ITI (1-2 years experience in the Automobile Industry) & 10th/12th with 4 years experience in the Automobile Industry:
  • CTC: Rs.18,606/-
  • Inhand: Rs.16,448/- (after deductions for PF, ESIC and Canteen) Including 2000 Rupees Attendance Bonus
• For ITI (Painter, Denter, Welder, Electrician, Mechanic, Drivers with HCV License) - Highly Skilled:
  • CTC: Rs. 19,084/-
  • Inhand: Rs. 16,832/- (after deductions for PF, ESIC and Canteen) Including 2000 Rupees Attendance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation & Setup: Configure, start, operate, and shut down production machinery and tools according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Production Monitoring: Oversee machinery to ensure optimal performance, detecting and correcting operational faults to minimize downtime.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and detect defects.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance checks, minor repairs, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe, organized work environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of production, materials used, and quality data.
• Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with the team to meet production targets, handle raw materials, and manage packaging procedures.
