Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth resolution of customer queries. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, or network issues
Resolve customer issues within defined TAT
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Maintain records of customer interactions and solutions provided
Follow standard operating procedures and service guidelines
Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and usage
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
