Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant Executive to support day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist in compliance and reporting. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries

• Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and invoices

• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Bank reconciliation and cash/bank book maintenance

• Support in GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

• Assist senior accountants during audits and month-end closing

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  • B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance)

  • Diploma in Accounting or related field

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Familiarity with Tally / accounting software (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills
