Picker / Packer (Third party payroll)
The Picker-Packer will be responsible for accurately picking and packing products in a warehouse environment. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently to meet order deadlines while ensuring product safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick products from inventory as per customer orders using a scanner or picking list.
Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure safe transit.
Label packages correctly with shipping information.
Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
Ensure timely and accurate shipping of orders.
Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain safety standards in the warehouse.
Communicate any issues or discrepancies in the orders to supervisors or team leads.
Assist in other warehouse duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical fitness for lifting and moving products.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory systems.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work well within a team.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is an advantage.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced warehouse setting.
May require standing, lifting, and moving items for extended periods
