We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Our Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Financial Record Management:
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial ledgers and journals
    - Record and reconcile financial transactions
    - Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, etc.)
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
    - Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts
    - Monitor and report on financial performance
- Cost Accounting:
    - Perform product costing and cost analysis
    - Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Compliance and Regulatory:
    - Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports
    - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
- Other:
    - Provide financial analysis and reporting to management
    - Support financial planning and decision-making

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
- CA/CMA/CS qualification preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and communication skills
