Profile: Warehouse Associate
Location: Pune

As a Warehouse Associate at Zepto, the employee will be responsible for handling daily warehouse operations efficiently to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. This role requires physical work, attention to detail, and good coordination with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Picking & Packing

   • Pick items as per order list/app instructions

   • Pack orders accurately and safely

2. Inventory Handling

   • Receive, sort, and arrange stock in the warehouse

   • Check quantity, quality, and expiry of items

3. Dispatch Support

   • Move packed orders to the dispatch area

   • Coordinate with delivery partners

4. Quality & Accuracy Control

   • Ensure zero errors in order packing

   • Follow company quality standards

5. Warehouse Cleanliness & Safety

   • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse

   • Follow safety rules and SOPs

6. Team Coordination

   • Work closely with supervisors and team members

   • Complete assigned tasks within timelines

7. Shift Work

   • Willing to work in rotational shifts (day/night)

   • Maintain productivity during peak hours

Salary & Benefits (Pune):

• Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹17,000
• Total CTC: ₹20,700 – ₹25,000
• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 (on 26 days attendance)
• Performance Bonus: Up to ₹4,000
• PF & ESIC applicable

Company Accommodation:

Company-provided accommodation and meals available.
Accommodation will be near the store location.
