Profile: Warehouse Associate
Location: Hyderabad

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure accurate, fast, and efficient order processing. This role involves physical work, attention to detail, and coordination with team members to meet operational targets.

Job Responsibilities / Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Picking & Packing

   • Pick items as per system/app instructions

   • Pack orders accurately and safely

2. Inventory Management

   • Receive incoming stock and place it in assigned locations

   • Check quantity, quality, and expiry dates of products

3. Dispatch Support

   • Move packed orders to the dispatch area

   • Coordinate with delivery executives for timely dispatch

4. Quality & Accuracy Control

   • Ensure correct items and quantities in each order

   • Follow company SOPs and quality standards

5. Warehouse Cleanliness & Safety

   • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse

   • Follow safety guidelines and procedures

6. Team Coordination

   • Work closely with supervisors and team members

   • Complete daily tasks and targets on time

7. Shift Operations

   • Willingness to work in rotational day/night shifts

   • Maintain productivity during peak working hours

Salary & Benefits (Hyderabad):

• Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹16,200
• Total CTC: ₹20,261
• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 (on 26 days attendance)
• Performance Bonus: Up to ₹4,000
• PF & ESIC applicable

TOTAL SALARY WITH BENEFITS -  ₹25,261 

Company Accommodation:

Company-provided accommodation and meals will be available.
Accommodation will be near the store location.
