• Overtime Pay: ₹60 per hour

• Total Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (12 hours duty)

• Canteen Facility: ₹15 per diet

Job Description (JD)

The Production Worker will be responsible for supporting manufacturing and production operations in the factory. The role involves machine assistance, material handling, and ensuring smooth production processes as per company standards. This position is suitable for freshers willing to work in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities / Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in daily production and manufacturing activities

2. Operate machines and equipment under supervisor guidance

3. Handle raw materials and finished goods safely

4. Maintain production quality as per company standards

5. Follow safety rules, policies, and SOPs strictly

6. Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor

7. Support supervisors in achieving daily production targets

8. Willingness to work overtime when required

9. Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow
