Job Description

We are looking for a Certified Internet Consultant (Field Sales) to join our team in Noida. This role involves meeting business owners in the field, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable digital marketing and business solutions from Justdial's product portfolio.

The role is sales-driven and requires strong client interaction, relationship management, and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field visits to meet prospective and existing clients (SMEs and local businesses).
  • Understand client business needs and recommend Justdial's paid products and digital solutions.
  • Generate new business through lead follow-ups, cold calling, and field prospecting.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Assist clients in onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of services.
  • Resolve client queries and coordinate with internal teams for support.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand business needs.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, online advertising, or SaaS products is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with field sales and outdoor work.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Prior experience in field sales, B2B sales, or service industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
