Job Description:

We are looking for a Production Trainee to join our manufacturing team. The trainee will be responsible for learning and supporting daily production activities, operating machines under supervision, maintaining quality standards, and following safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day production operations

• Operate machines and equipment as per SOPs

• Learn manufacturing processes and workflow

• Maintain production records and reports

• Ensure quality standards are met during production

• Follow safety rules and company policies

• Support senior operators and supervisors

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor

Skills & Requirements:

• Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Production or related trade)

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (preferred)

• Willingness to learn and work in shifts

• Ability to work in a team

• Good discipline and positive attitude

Experience:

• Fresher 

Training & Growth:

• On-the-job training will be provided
