CDL is currently looking for a Knitting Technician-Programmer to analyze customer swatches and conceptualize these swatches into knitting structures.

The Knitting Technician-Programmer shall be reporting to the Knitting in Charge.

What you will be doing:

• Analysis of swatches from customers and conceptualizing these swatches into knitting structures
• Programming and setting of knitting machines
• Improve existing collars offerings in terms of quality and structure
• Provide training to the team on techniques of machines and programming
• Perform all other cognate duties as instructed by the Knitting in Charge

What are we looking for?

• Well versed with the following machines: Shima Seiki, Matsuya, Kauo Heng and other similar machines
• Diploma in Knitting or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience with programming software
• Experience in developing structures on flat knit machines for collar designs
• Ability to work independently and in team
• Good communication skills and motivated
