Role Overview
Coforge looking for an accomplished NextGen Security Practice Leader to build, scale, and drive our rapidly growing Cybersecurity practice. This is a highvisibility leadership role for someone passionate about innovation, delivery excellence, and cocreating the future of security with clients and leading OEMs. As the NextGen Security Practice Leader, you will own the strategy, growth, and execution of our modern security offerings across Cloud Security, Identity Access Management, and Managed Detection & Response. You'll drive partnerships, coach highperforming teams, and shape nextgeneration security solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute practice vision across Cloud Security, IAM, MDR, Zero Trust, and emerging security technologies
- Build and scale highperforming security teams and capabilities
- Lead GTM initiatives and own P&L for the Security practice
Client & Solution Leadership
- Act as senior advisor to enterprise clients; guide cloud security, Zero Trust, and SOC modernization strategies
- Lead solution architecture for complex, multitower security programs
- Engage with CXOs to shape long-term cybersecurity roadmaps
OEM Partnerships & CoInnovation
- Grow strategic alliances with top security OEMs (Microsoft, Zscaler, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Okta, etc.)
- Codevelop security solutions, accelerators, and value propositions with partners
Delivery Excellence
- Oversee global delivery of Cloud Security, IAM, and MDR programs ensuring quality, SLAs, and customer success
- Strengthen delivery governance, operational efficiency, and risk management processes
Talent & Capability Building
- Develop deep technical and leadership capability across security domains
- Create competency frameworks, certification plans, and skill development tracks
Qualifications
- 15+ years of deep cybersecurity experience with strong leadership background
- Expertise in Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP), IAM (IGA, PAM, SSO/MFA), and MDR/SOC Operations
- Proven practice-building, delivery management, and OEM partnership experience
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Azure/AWS Security, Zscaler, Okta, etc
