Role

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort of guest rooms
• Maintain hotel housekeeping standards and safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities
• Follow housekeeping SOPs and hygiene standards
• Report maintenance issues or lost-and-found items
• Ensure timely room readiness for guest arrivals
• Assist housekeeping team during peak occupancy

Requirements

• 12th Pass (Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is an advantage)
• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping tasks
• Eye for detail and cleanliness
• Ability to follow instructions and work as a team
• Freshers welcome – training will be provided
