About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests and complaints courteously.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Assist in banquet or special event service when required.

Requirements
