We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support human resource operations within our hospitality division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for hotel operations including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and other departments, while ensuring smooth onboarding, induction, and documentation processes. The role involves maintaining employee records and HR databases, coordinating payroll inputs and attendance management, and ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Executive will actively support employee engagement and retention initiatives, handle exit formalities and full & final settlements, address employee grievances, assist in disciplinary processes, and coordinate training programs and performance review cycles. Additionally, the candidate will prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management.
The ideal applicant should have 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry, with strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. A sound understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance is essential. The candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage bulk hiring and operational staffing requirements, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and HRMS systems. Strong organizational, multitasking, coordination, conflict resolution, and time management skills are critical for success in this role.
