• Machine Operator (ITI)

JOB ROLE :

(First, you will have to work in the Production Department for one month. After that, the company will evaluate your performance. If your performance is good, you will be assigned to operate the machine.Molding machine operation is required to manufacture products like pens, plastic containers, and similar plastic items.
The operator must handle the machine carefully and ensure smooth production throughout the shift.
Maintaining product quality and following safety guidelines are also important parts of the job.)

🎓 Qualification: 10th / HSC / ITI

💰 Salary (NTH):
👉 ITI: ₹13,000 (26 days) | ₹15,000 (30 days)
👉 Non-ITI: ₹11,700 (26 days) | ₹13,500 (30 days)

🛡 Benefits: PF & ESIC available
🏠 Accommodation: ₹1,000 for the first month, free thereafter
🍽 Food: ₹25 per meal
🌙 Night Shift Allowance: ₹25
📅 Weekly Off: 1 day (rotation basis)
