About the Role:
The Working Operation Head will lead and manage end-to-end operations of apprenticeship programs under:
The role involves execution, compliance management, coordination with government bodies, industry partners, and training centers to ensure smooth implementation of apprenticeship programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
Oversee complete implementation of NAPS & NATS programs.
Ensure target achievement for apprentice enrollment and employer onboarding.
Monitor documentation, contracts, and compliance processes.
Manage daily operational workflow and reporting systems.
2. Government & Portal Coordination
Handle registrations and approvals on NAPS/NATS portals.
Coordinate with RDAT/BOAT authorities.
Ensure compliance with guidelines under the Apprentices Act.
3. Industry & Partner Management
Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industries, and training partners.
Conduct meetings, reviews, and audits with stakeholders.
Support employers in stipend processing and reimbursement claims.
4. Team Leadership
Lead operations team across locations.
Set KPIs and performance benchmarks.
Train and mentor field coordinators and documentation teams.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness.
Prepare MIS reports and present to senior management.
Track stipend disbursement and reimbursement timelines.
6. Financial & Target Monitoring
Monitor budget utilization.
Ensure revenue and incentive targets are achieved.
Control operational costs.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate / PostgraduateĀ
01+3 years experience in skill development, apprenticeship, or government schemes
Strong knowledge of NAPS & NATS portals and compliance norms
Experience in stakeholder management and operations leadership
