Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM Technical/Solution Architect with over 12 years of implementation experience and 8+ years in architecture and solution design. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end solutioning of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical standards, and customer requirements. This role combines deep product knowledge with leadership in shaping digital transformation strategies, guiding technical teams, and engaging stakeholders across industries.
- Drive the RFI/RFP, client presentation & solution demos, and translating the business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions.
- Lead solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
- Define architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft's best practices and delivery frameworks.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with client stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, templates, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Upskilling of the existing technical leads in new technologies and enhancements of Dynamics 365.
- 12+ years of experience in implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365)
- 8+ years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Solution Architect.
- Working knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Experience in data migration, security modeling, and user adoption planning.
- Experience managing teams and leading client workshops or discovery sessions.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Functional Consultant Associate (Finance/Supply Chain/CRM modules)
