Job Summary :

1. Tower Installation & Erection Install and assemble telecom towers (ground-based & rooftop towers). Mount antennas, microwave dishes, and RRUs. Install feeder cables, connectors, and grounding systems. Support 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G site deployment. 2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Inspect tower structure for corrosion, damage, or alignment issues. Troubleshoot signal or connectivity issues. Replace faulty components (antenna, cables, RF modules).
