  • Support cross-functional, global programs, focused primarily on seller experience and effectiveness
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
  • Academy Live/X: Supports Academy Live/X by managing admin tasks including Slack channels, calendaring, attendance reports, and stakeholder management
  • Collaborate with program teams and stakeholders to identify, evaluate and address risks, opportunities and dependencies across programs.
  • Own content governance for the program content
