Hiring For  Sr Associate/Assistant Manager – Talent & BD for IOS Sports & Entertainment (New Delhi).

Full-time role with immediate joining. Looking for candidates with an MBA/Bachelor’s in Sports Management, 1-2 years/2-3 years respective experience in the sports industry, strong communication skills, social media understanding, content writing ability, and interest in athlete management, brand research, and sponsorships.

Candidates will work closely with elite athletes and brands in a 360-degree talent management environment.

Roles & Responsibities :

• Manage day-to-day coordination with athletes, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and deliverable tracking.

• Identify and research potential brand partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and business development leads.

• Assist in creating pitches, proposals, and presentations for brands and commercial collaborations.

• Support athlete management activities including branding, content planning, and campaign execution.

• Develop and write professional communication materials such as emails, social media content, and marketing collateral.

• Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and other stakeholders to drive new opportunities.
