  • Supervise daily inbound, sorting, and outbound operations.

  • Lead and manage warehouse associates and delivery executives.

  • Ensure accurate scanning and system updates of shipments.

  • Monitor SLA adherence and dispatch timelines.

  • Handle operational escalations and resolve issues promptly.

  • Manage shift planning, attendance, and manpower allocation.

  • Track productivity and prepare daily MIS reports.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
