  • Assist in supervising inbound, sorting, and outbound operations.

  • Ensure accurate parcel scanning and system updates.

  • Support shift planning and task allocation.

  • Monitor dispatch timelines and SLA adherence.

  • Coordinate with delivery executives for smooth operations.

  • Prepare basic daily MIS reports.

  • Maintain discipline and safety standards during shift.

  • Escalate operational issues to Team Leader when required.
