Job Summary :

Volunteers for IWL2 needed  in Bangalore 

Kemp FC is gearing up to host the Indian Women’s League 2 (IWL 2) , and this is an incredible opportunity for students and young professionals to be part of a national-level women’s football tournament from the inside. 

This is a volunteering opportunity to be part of a national-level women’s football tournament, where volunteers will gain practical, hands-on experience in sports event management and on-ground match operations. It’s a chance to experience the intensity, professionalism and energy of elite women’s football while gaining real, hands-on exposure in running elite football leagues in India.


Location: Center of Sports Excellence, Bangalore (CSE)
Volunteer Timings: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Match Timings: 9:00–11:00 AM & 3:00–5:00 PM
Support Provided: Travel and food taken care of by the Organising team for the volunteers
 

Roles - 

  • Assist in crowd management and guide spectators to designated seating areas.

  • Support player escorting and manage entry/exit zones near dressing rooms.

  • Help with registration and accreditation at entry gates.

  • Coordinate with match officials for smooth on-ground operations.

  • Assist in distributing water, refreshments, or logistics support to teams (if assigned).

  • Manage equipment movement (cones, drinks, practice kits, boundary markers).

  • Support scoreboard/technical team as per instructions.

  • Handle basic spectator queries and provide event-related information.

  • Ensure safety compliance and report any incidents immediately to supervisors.

  • Assist during toss, innings break, and presentation ceremony arrangements.

  • Support media coordination teams, if allocated.

  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct throughout the event.

  • Help in post-match wrap-up activities including equipment collection and area clearance.
