• Inventory Management: Conducting physical inventory counts, reconciling with SAP/ERP systems, and managing stock levels (FIFO/FEFO).
• Operations & Logistics: Overseeing the receiving, storing, and issuing of raw materials and finished goods.
• Dispatch & Invoicing: Handling dispatch documentation, including Delivery Challans (DC), invoices, and coordination with logistics partners for transport.
• Team Supervision: Managing, training, and scheduling warehouse staff and material handlers.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records, managing material indents, and preparing daily/monthly stock reports.
