Job Responsibilities:

·         Lead and oversee operations of integrated logistics solutions (Warehousing – India).

·         Monitor overall business and departmental budgets to ensure financial discipline.

·         Establish strategic objectives to enhance operational output and efficiency.

·         Analyze operational data to evaluate cost-benefit ratios and drive informed decision-making.

·         Develop and implement company policies while ensuring full regulatory and internal compliance.

·         Enhance business processes and functionality in alignment with core organizational goals.

·         Track and control operational costs to maintain and improve profit margins.

·         Drive business development initiatives to support revenue growth.

·         Manage the operations team with a strong focus on Safety, Security, and Compliance standards.
