Job Summary :

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails.
  • Provide shipment status updates (LTL / FTL consignments).
  • Register and resolve customer complaints within TAT.
  • Coordinate with operations and branch teams for issue resolution.
  • Maintain records of queries and complaints in CRM/ERP system.
  • Ensure timely POD (Proof of Delivery) updates to customers.
  • Share daily MIS reports with reporting manager.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
