We are having an urgent requirement of Trainee Service Engineer for the Kukutapally, Hyderabad location 

• Job Description (JD):
  • Ensure timely preventive and installation services per schedule. Field work - visiting pharma company 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service visits and inventory updates.
  • Collaborate with finance for credit and payment management.
  • Exhibit good communication, technical knowledge, and adaptability for traveling and handling diverse situations.
  Key Responsibilities (KRA):
  • Conduct preventive maintenance visits for customer equipment.
  • Perform installation visits and support promotion activities for accessories and assurance products.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities and demonstrate products to customers.
  • Update GRN and maintain serial number intelligence records.
  • Handle credit control and payment follow-up for machines, assurance, and spares.
