Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Maintaining and updating customer databases, including contact details and call notes.

• Performance Tracking: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales or activity targets.

• Following Scripts: Utilizing prepared scripts to ensure consistent messaging while adapting to customer responses. 

• Sales and Lead Generation: Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and drive sales.
• Customer Support: Answering inbound calls, resolving queries, and managing complaints.

Requirements and Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; sometimes a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is advantageous.
• Attributes: Patience, active listening, ability to handle rejection, and negotiation skills.
