  • Verify product availability and coordinate with inventory team.
  • Assist in picking list generation and order allocation.
  • Ensure accurate billing and documentation.
  • Coordinate with last-mile delivery partners for dispatch.
  • Track order status and update systems in real time.
  • Support stock reconciliation and basic inventory checks.
  • Handle basic customer/order-related queries internally.
