Interview Instructions

1.       Personnel shall maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance appropriate to the nature of duties assigned.

2.       Physically fit to do work,

3.       Good Communication skills,

4.       Ability to work in rotational shifts, 

5.       Need to carry the Original Certificates

Qualification: 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th , Any degree – Pass/Fail/Discontinue

Year of passing: 2019,20,21,22,23,24 & 25

Stipend

Based on interview performance, the stipend will be:

L1 Production Process: ₹14,000 + ₹1,500 (DBT) = ₹15,500 per trainee per month

L0 Production Support: ₹12,500 + ₹1,500 (DBT) = ₹14,000 per trainee per month

Amount: 500  with 30 days present

OT Details: Rs 60 per Hour 

PPE (Uniform & Shoe)

Free Uniform facility for shop floor employees- washing and ironing will be done in company.

Food: Per day cost if food consumed for 3 times per day - Rs.53/-

Transport: No

Accommodation: Provided to only migrants

Leave Policy:

CL Yearly - 10 days
