Roles & Responsibities -

Manage daily operations of Pickleball & Padel facilities including court scheduling, bookings, and overall smooth functioning
• Plan and execute community programs, leagues, tournaments, and grassroots development initiatives
• Coordinate with coaches, venue partners, vendors, and on-ground staff to ensure seamless program delivery
• Build and engage local sports communities through events, partnerships, and outreach with schools, colleges, and clubs
• Monitor participant experience, maintain facilities and equipment standards, and ensure high-quality service
• Track program performance, participation data, and operational metrics to support growth
• Support the expansion of RallyGully’s sports ecosystem by identifying opportunities for new programs, partnerships, and player development
