1. Dispatch Work (Loading Paper)

• Prepare dispatch/loading documents before goods leave the warehouse.

• Check product name, quantity, batch number, and destination on the loading paper.

• Coordinate with transporters or drivers for vehicle loading.

• Ensure correct material is loaded according to the dispatch order.

• Verify delivery challan / invoice before dispatch.

• Take signature or confirmation from the driver/transport company.

• Maintain a dispatch register with date, item, quantity, vehicle number, and destination.

2. Stock Maintenance

• Keep accurate record of incoming and outgoing stock.

• Check physical stock in the warehouse regularly.

• Update stock balance after every dispatch or receiving.

• Inform management if stock is low or excess.

• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials.
